Sale of Furniture
By placing an order with Jasper and Tallow Limited you (the customer) agree to all these Terms and Conditions, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. However, it should be expressly noted that these conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

It is of the utmost importance to us at Jasper and Tallow Limited that you feel you are able to give us your personal and payment details via our website and over the internet in complete confidence. Therefore we have spent considerable time and effort to deploy a highly secure and encrypted payment system on our website. This system provides all the protection and assurance you will require to provide us with your personal information privately and securely and complete any transactions.

Once you have searched for and selected your chosen furniture just add the items to your shopping basket. Then simply follow the instructions on the screen to proceed to the “checkout”. If you do not already have an account you will be asked to create a new one or log in using your existing credentials. To create a new account you will need to provide a valid email address and choose a password.

On completion of your order, a screen will appear confirming the information you have given us. At this stage, you will have the opportunity to make any changes to your order e.g. delivery address and payment details. When you are happy with your order, click the ‘submit’ button to make your purchase. You will then automatically see a ‘Thank You’ page on your screen and an automated confirmation email of your order will be emailed directly to the email address that you provided in the checkout registration process.

Within two working days, you should receive an email confirming your Jasper and Tallow Limited order and explaining our delivery process.

  • We offer a ‘’goodwill’’ returns policy. Customers must provide photographic evidence of delivery faults or product defects ) other than any stated before purchase) before the return will be accepted on the Sale Items.
